Welcome to Pairwise, operated by SPECTRUMWISE LTD. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

2. User Conduct & UGC Policy

Pairwise is a safe community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the app, you agree that you will not post, share, or send:

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening messages.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or explicit/pornographic content.
• Spam, fake profiles, or fraudulent links.

Reporting & Moderation: You can block or report any user or content directly within the app. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Any user found violating these terms will be permanently banned.

3. Virtual Currency

Purchases of our virtual currency ("Stars") are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled securely. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.

5. Additional Agreements

By using Pairwise, you also agree to our Child Safety Standards and our 2257 Compliance Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pairwise is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users.
