SPECTRUMWISE LTD, the developer of the Pairwise app, has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our platform safe and strictly prohibit any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

2. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

The Pairwise platform is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We explicitly prohibit any user from sharing, promoting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any account found violating this policy will be immediately and permanently banned, and the incident, along with the user's data, will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanisms

Pairwise provides robust, in-app mechanisms for user feedback and reporting. Users can report any suspicious behavior, inappropriate content, or potential policy violations directly through the user profile screen or within the chat interface. All reports are reviewed with the highest priority by our moderation team.

4. Compliance with Laws

SPECTRUMWISE LTD complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We actively cooperate with law enforcement and international organizations to combat child exploitation.
